We offer a free click & collect service enabling you to collect goods from your nearest shop.
We also offer a free Island wide home delivery service for any orders over £50. Goods will take approximately 1-3 days to be delivered, however we will contact you first to arrange the most convenient time for you to take delivery.
Orders placed outside of the above services will usually take between 2-5 working days to arrive. All of our items require proof of delivery and must be signed for on receipt.
We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with The Sports Shop however occasionally you may need to return an item. Clearly stating the reason for return against each item will help us to process your return promptly and improve our service. All items to be returned should be sent to the following address:

We do not offer a free returns service. Take your parcel to any Post Office and ask for a free Certificate of Posting. This will contain a unique number, which will help us trace any parcel that goes astray, and should be quoted in the event of a query. When we have received the returned goods and assuming they are in the condition they were sent we will refund the cost of the product minus any shipping costs incurred.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

How does the WorldPay Payment Service work?
A shopper visits an e-commerce website and selects the items that they would like to buy.
The shopper then proceeds to the merchant's checkout with their shopping basket. This generates a summary description of the purchase that is sent to WorldPay for payment processing. This submission is often referred to as the "purchase token".
The shopper is redirected to WorldPay's secure server where they are presented with a series of payment pages, enabling them to choose their payment method and enter their payment details.
WorldPay records the shopper's payment details against the details submitted in the purchase token to produce a transaction.
